Before packing,
make the order, physical goods, and delivery evidence
fully consistent

PSI is a final delivery check after FAT and before formal packing. It does not repeat FAT—it confirms that the customer order, approved configuration, physical goods on site, serialized parts, accessories, documents, and delivery evidence all belong to one engineering baseline.

Passage by PSI means that the system is duly authorized “to allow access to the packaging phase”.
